The Budget

ACA Day is an open source event, which means that we believe in full transparency of every single aspect of planning, with the exception of the private information that attendees submit when buying a ticket (name, phone number & email).

Part of that transparency is our budget. We have three financial goals with ACA Day, in order of importance:

1. Pay for ACA Day in full
2. Buy back ~$1,700 of inventory from our fellow member Terry, who paid for it out of pocket
3. Raise additional funds to run more events in the future
